We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through Paypal. If you have a Paypal account you may prefer to pay directly through Paypal.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Returns are Not accepted. All sales are final.

All Special and Custom Orders must be paid in full before the order is processed.
These are considered Final Sales.

We are happy to send your purchase as a Gift. Simple and elegant eco-friendly gift wrapping is used. Please note that some items cannot be gift wrapped.

For any special instructions or requests not expressed at checkout, please send an email before the order is shipped to confirm the details.

Since we are located within California, sales tax is only charged if the items are shipped within the state of California, otherwise, there is NO sales tax applied to any purchases.

We ship all packages via UPS or USPS Priority. Following credit card authorization and verification of information, in-stock items are shipped within 2 days of receipt.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation that will indicate which day you can expect your shipment.

Some items are available to ship International to selected locations. Please use the contact form to provide the item and location. All packages are sent expedited via USPS or UPS. This does Not include applicable duties or taxes.

You will be responsible for any all duties and taxes. (note: These rates do Not apply to Special Order DSV Tabletop. Those rates will be determined based on an individual order.)
